About the Author

Richard A. Lefkowitz is an attorney who has practiced law in Southern California since 1993. He specializes in civil litigation of cases involving real property. His articles have been published in newspapers, law reviews, and literary and trade journals. He has taught journalism, led professional seminars, mentored students, and served as a judicial authority for Southern California superior courts. He lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife of thirty-three years, two children, and their precious now-grown puppy. His passions include running, hiking, the Dodgers, the Lakers, playing guitar and keyboards, and composing songs, lyrics, and stories.
