AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY: Michael Rowe is a British lawyer and writer, living in France, who specialises in international business and financial writing. He qualified as a solicitor in England in 1969, and holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws (London University – London School of Economics 1966), and Master of Laws in European Legal Studies (Exeter University, 1976). From 1976 to 1989 Michael Rowe served a legal attach to the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France, with responsibilities in the areas of banking, trade law, commercial arbitration and telecommunications policy. He also has experience in private and corporate legal practice in the United Kingdom. — n
