About the Author
Born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam, Nguyen Thanh Diep later studied at the Singapore Hotel Association Training and Education Centre (known today as the SHATEC Institutes, Singapore), where she and her Singaporean husband were fellow students. Each had, and still has, a fiery passion for food. Today, the couple resides in Ho Chi Minh City with their children.
