About the Author
PIA RIGGIROZZI is a Research Officer in the Department of Politics at the University of Sheffield, UK, where she also holds an ESRC post-doctoral fellowship. Her publications include ‘The Return of the State in Argentina’ in International Affairs (2007, with Jean Grugel).
