About the Author
KENNETH W. EDWARDS became a top-producing real estate professional after a distinguished Air Force career. A Realtor and licensed real estate broker, he is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association and the National Association of Real Estate Editors. He is the Book Review Editor for Real Estate Professional magazine. Ken Edwards holds a doctorate in education from the University of California at Berkeley. He lives in Corvallis, Oregon.
