About the Author
Michelle worked as a teacher before establishing the Youth Excel charity in 2000 devoted to working with teenagers from all walks of life to ensure they reach their full potential. Youth Excel delivers small group programs and mentoring hundreds of teenage girls each year, ensuring Michelle remains at the cutting edge of teenage culture. Her core philosophy is that families and communities hold the key to the issues facing the country’s youth.
