About the Author

Didier Fontanel has been Associate Professor in the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Rennes 1 and is now vacation teacher at this university and the University of Angers, both in France. He is also working for the company Nat’inov, Saint Lezin, France, and has been appointed as expert to committee of the French Pharmacopoeia/AFSSAPS on essential oils. He is the author of two books published in French and numerous publications in refereed scientific journals such as the Journal of the American Oil Chemists’ Society.
