About the Author

Michael Hussey was born in 1975 in Western Australia and was a relative latecomer to both the Australian team and one-day internationals and, debuting at 30 and 28 years of age in the respective formats. Prior to that he played first-class cricket for the Western Australian Warriors and for three counties in England. He also played in the Indian Premier League for the Chennai Super Kings. Michael Hussey retired from the Australian Cricket team in January 2013. He continues to play in the IPL and commentate on important matches. He is also the author of Mr Cricket, and Underneath the Southern Cross.
