Dr. Karen Otazo is a global executive coach and thinking partner for multinational companies worldwide. More than 25 years of working in the U.S., Europe and Asia have given Karen a broad perspective on the challenges facing executive companies of all sizes from boutique consulting firms and start-up non-profits to global corporations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
