Book Description

People who visit home-based child care settings are extensively knowledgeable about regulations and policies. They do not, however, receive the same training on equally important “soft skills” such as communication, modeling, motivation, and assertiveness. This resource provides tools and strategies to develop skills needed to be successful in the profession.
