About the Author

Alexandra Alexandridou, DPhil (2008) in Classical Archaeology, Oxford University, has taught Classical Archaeology at the Universities of Peloponnese and Crete and she is working as part-time educational personnel at the Open University of Cyprus. She has published on seventh and sixth-century Attic burial customs, including Offering Trenches and Funerary Ceremonies in the Attic Countryside.
