Phillip D. Rumrill is a Professor of Rehabilitation Counseling and Director of the Center for Disability Studies at Kent State University. He has co-authored many professional books and also the Demos Health book Employment issues and Multiple Sclerosis (Second Edition). Dr. Rumrill has received numerous awards, most recently the 2005 Rehabilitation Researcher of the Year Award from the National Council on Rehabilitation Education.KimberlyWickert is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor who has worked with individuals in the field of rehabilitation for more than 20 years. Danielle Dresden is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor who has been working with people with disabilities and their families for 14 years.
