About the Author
In 2004 headhunter George Courtauld found himself with a self-published bestseller to date the Pocket Book of Patriotism has sold almost 400,000 copies worldwide including an illustrated edition by Ebury and a Barnes & Noble USA edition which in turn spawned the American Book of Patriotism. He has written further books including The Pocket Book of Patriots, The Glorious Book of Great British Weapons, and most recently England s Best Loved Poems: The Enchantment of England. George Courtauld read Theology and Philosophy at Cambridge, is married and lives in Essex with his wife and three sons. Despite his writing he continues to be a headhunter.
