The Forecasting Protocol - Volume IV: The Decision Package

The Decision Package is Volume IV of The Forecasting Protocol. Volumes I-III document a public forecasting record whose every claim was SHA-256-hashed and timestamped on the Bitcoin blockchain before its event, then graded in public with every miss retained at full weight. Volume IV turns that record into an operator’s manual for the reader’s own desk.

Its subject is the decision problem underneath every warning function: an input you cannot verify at the moment it matters, a clock, and a menu of responses with very different prices. The book builds the cheap middle between doing nothing and doing everything – six postures (Hold, Reweight, Rehearsal, Package, Reprice, Deadline) – and the one-page Decision Package, a three-option leadership form priced in both worlds: if the signal is real, and if it is noise.
