About the Author
Donald A. Norman is Professor of Computer Science at Northwestern University, a former ?Apple Fellow, and a partner in the Nielsen Norman Group Consulting Firm, which consults with corporations on design. He lives in Northbrook, Illinois and Palo Alto, California.
