Gayle S. Rozantine, PhD, is the founder and CEO of the Center for Health and Well-Being and a clinical psychologist specializing in stress management, posttraumatic stress disorder, and health psychology. She is board certified in stress management by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and is a member of the National Center for Crisis Management, the National Register of Health Case Providers in Psychology, and the American Psychological Association. She lives in Savannah, Georgia. John Paul Garrison, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist whose focus includes anxiety, stress management, organizational psychology, and psychological assessment. He also has substantial experience facilitating group therapy. He lives in Atlanta.
