Wilmerding has over 10 years of private equity and general management operating experience in the IT software, Internet, transportation, and hospitality industries.At BCV, Wilmerding serves as a director on the boards of portfolio companies, including HUBX, Inc., a Waltham, Massachusetts-based revenue management and distribution services solutions provider to the hospitality industry; FareChase, Inc., a New York City-based travel software provider; and KhiMetrics, Inc., the Scottsdale, Arizona-based developer of the first revenue management system designed to help retailers maximize revenue and profits.
