About the Author
Dr. phil. Dr. h.c. Alexander Thomas is Professor Emeritus of the University of Regensburg, where he worked until 2005 at the Department of Social Psychology and Organizational Psychology. He is a founding member of the Regensburg “Institute for Cooperation Management” (IKO).
Dr. phil. Eva-Ulrike Kinast, a graduate psychologist, has been working as a senior HR executive for an international group for many years as a self-employed HR management consultant and coach for companies worldwide.
Dr. phil. Sylvia Schroll-Machl, graduate psychologist, graduate in religious education (FH), works as a freelance trainer and coach for various companies, organizations and ministries in the field of intercultural training and human resources development and is a lecturer at various universities.
