About the Author
Audrey holds a Master’s degree in Management from Audencia Nantes and a Master’s in Business Coaching from Coach & Team. She is an E-RYT® 200, YACEP®, and Relax and Renew® Advanced Trainer. She is also the founder of www.restorativeyoga.online, a trilingual platform offering a 130-hour Yoga Alliance–certified teacher training.
Since 2014, she has trained hundreds of students and regularly contributes to Vivere lo Yoga. Her book—already published in French and Italian—invites readers to rediscover balance and inner stillness through the practice of deep rest.
