That’s the way it was for me when I first laid eyes on “SYLVIA.” And like the cover by Ringo Starr of an old song called, “You’re Sixteen”: “…We made love on the night we met.” But “SYLVIA” was 19 and I was 29. We only lasted for about a year, and as I realized many years later, “SYLVIA” was far from the girl that I thought she was. But she still had such a pull on my heart that I wrote this song about her. I hope that you will like, “SYLVIA.”
