About the Author

Tony Wall is a senior lecturer and international consultant at the University of Chester’s Centre for Work Related Studies, facilitates leadership development through coaching, action learning and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and designs executive university programmes designed for behavioural change and business impact. Tony has studied, researched and consulted in the UK (Warwick Business School, Lancaster University Management School), Canada (Schulich School of Business) and China, is a Master NLP Practitioner and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Tony Wall is currently researching accelerated approaches to peak performance learning in the workplace, and presents his work in the UK, Europe, the US and Australia. He is a co-editor of the book Making Employer and University Partnerships Work, author of Learning Through Work, and writes and reviews articles for international journals. In recognition of his contribution, he has been nominated as a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts in London.

John Knights is a co-founder and chairman of LeaderShape, and is an experienced coach, mentor, and facilitator of senior executives, teams and peer groups. He is an expert in Emotional Intelligence and a thought leader in ‘Transpersonal Leadership’ and the relationship between neuroscience and leadership. John developed LEIPA and 8ICOL, probably the most sophisticate 360o leadership assessments ever developed.

Previously, John Knights has served as a senior leader and board member for international corporations working in over 50 countries, as well as founding a number of technology companies, acting as a board member and chair in several public partnerships in Oxfordshire and lecturing at the University of Oxford.
