About the Author

Genevieve Watson is an experienced tax ERP and transformation leader, and a partner within Deloitte’s Tax Technology Consulting team. She specializes in helping businesses operationalize their management of taxes, covering tax strategy, operating model, risk and governance, process design/redesign, automation, tax technology, and sourcing. Genevieve has experience across the Deloitte Tax Technology Consulting propositions; however, her primary focus is on large scale transformation programmes and ERP/systems implementations.
