Editorial Reviews
Review
This issue of the annual Political Power and Social Theory series differs from previous volumes in that it concentrates on one subject. Editor Go (Boston U.) provides a brief introduction explaining that the six diverse essays on the politics of race that comprise the first section were assembled by Eduardo Bonilla-Silva and Louise Seamster (both: sociology, Duke U.). The second section, compiled by Philip S. Gorski (sociology, Yale U.), consists of five essays on Obama and civil religion in the US. The volume is not indexed. Distribution in North America is by Turpin Distribution. –Book News Inc. Portland, OR
