About the Author
Walter M Kulash is a civil and traffic engineer who has worked extensively with home builders and developers. He is a principal and senior traffic engineer with the Orlando, Florida-based community planning firm of Glatting Jackson Kercher Anglin, Inc. Since the early 1990s, Kulash has specialized in the field of livable traffic design. He is in the forefront of the field of traffic calming.
