About the Author
Dr. Collins is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Anthropology, Durham University. His research interests include religious, ritual and symbolism, historical anthropology, space and place and narrative theory, he also carried out fieldwork among British and Kenyan Quakers, and local goverment employees and hospital chaplincies in the North of England.
