SVENDSEN, PhD (Warwick, UK), is an intelligence and defence strategist, educator and researcher in the Centre for Military Studies, Department of Political Science, University of Copenhagen, Denmark. He has been a Visiting Scholar at CPASS, Georgetown University, researched at Chatham House and IISS, London, and has trained at European defence and emergency planning colleges.
