Roger Hinds is a Chartered Management Accountant who has introduced mentoring schemes to several NHS Trusts. Together they have designed and developed mentoring workshops for various organisations and have helped numerous directors and managers to devise training strategies. He is based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire.
