Norman Longworth is Honorary Professor of Lifelong Learning, at the University of Stirling and is Managing Director of Longlearn Limited, a UK company concentrating in the field of learning cities, towns, regions and communities. Michael Osborne is Professor of Lifelong Education at the University of Glasgow and is Director of the Centre for Research and Development in Adult and Lifelong Learning (CRADALL).
