Christian M. Ringle is Professor of Business Administration and Head of the Institute of Human Resources Management and Work Organization at the Technical University of Hamburg (and Associate Professor at the University of Newcastle in Australia), co-developer of SmartPLS and one of the most prominent representatives of PLS-SEM in the worldwide research landscape.
