It also details how to bring a balance to your mind and enable you to see the truth in various situations. The second half of the book covers the basic techniques of Takamatsu based Ninjutsu and is invaluable to anyone learning Ninjutsu. The last part of the book deals with pressure points and training tips and advice to those studying Ninjutsu.
