Dr.James holds an MSc in Industrial Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an LLB from University College Cardiff (now University of Wales College Cardiff) in the UK. Dr. James is an Honorary Research Fellow at Swansea University ( formerly the University of Wales Swansea).
