Editorial Reviews

Review

In this study, the author brings out the hidden message of the book of Nehemiah through a thorough examination of all aspects of the building of the wall. She has beautifully and skillfully removed the outer cover of information to reveal the true meaning of Nehemiah and his call to rebuild the wall-a fabulous glimpse into the rich layers of meaning found in the beautiful Word of God. Great study!

I love digging deep in the Word; this study does just that! A large portion of the study covers a chapter of names and places that many would skip over or read through quickly. Instead, the author chose to do some digging into the backgrounds of the names of the people and the places where they built, and she brings out the beautiful, deep meanings hidden in those names and places. Nehemiah isn’t just a dusty book of history. It speaks significantly to us today. I highly recommend this study!

I found this book to be a unique and thought-provoking study on Nehemiah and the wall building process found in the Bible. It is a great workbook for individual study or a group.

This was an amazing book to study Nehemiah’s journey of faith and trust in what he was called to do by the Lord. This study has helped increase my knowledge and ability to build up The Kingdom.
