Paul Burgess is the founder and CEO of Link-up International, an Australian-based consulting organisation that uses the I.D. System to develop leaders and optimise teams worldwide. Paul has worked with organisations such as Cisco Systems, Baxter Healthcare and Sun Microsystems, as well as members of the Australian swimming team. Paul lives in Sydney with his wife and children.
