About the Author
David Naggar is an attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley Law (Boalt Hall) in 1981. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Naggar has, in addition to practicing law, interned in the Creative Department of music publishing giant, Warner-Chappel. On the lighter side, Mr. Naggar fancies himself a semi-skilled musician, having played drums professionally for many years.
