Tom Wakeling is the retired Chair of the Music Department at Clackamas Community College in Portland, Oregon. He was the lead faculty member in the planning, design and construction of a successful performing arts and music technology building at his college. Wakeling’s expertise lies in a thorough understanding of the planning, design, and construction processes and the ability to help guide fellow educators to a successful outcome.
