About the Author
Kaushal Rege is an assistant professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Arizona State University. Professor Rege holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the Society for Biological Engineering. Igor L. Medintz is a research biologist at the Center for Bio/Molecular Science and Engineering at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory. He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the City University of New York.
