About the Author

Chanisa Ngamapichon is an Assistant Professor at Chulalongkorn University, currently serving as the Deputy Director for the Master of Arts in Economic Laws Program (M.A.). She holds an LLB and an LLM in Business Law (International Program) from Chulalongkorn University, as well as two additional LLM degrees in Intellectual Property Law and International Business Law, obtained from King’s College London, UK, and La Trobe University, Australia, respectively. Dr. Ngamapichon completed her PhD in Law at Chulalongkorn University, with academic interests encompassing Contract Law, Commercial Contracts, International Contracts, Contract Drafting, International Business Law, and Inheritance Law. Since 2014, she has been serving as a full-time lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University. In addition to her academic role, Dr. Chanisa currently acts as a Legal Counsellor for various businesses within Central Group, Thailand
