About the Author
John L Esposito is University Professor of Religion and International Affairs at Georgetown University and Founding Director of the Prince Alwaleed Bin-Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding. Ihsan Yilmaz is a professor of political science at Fatih University, Istanbul. His research areas include the Turkish diaspora, Turkish politics, Islamic movements, Muslim legal pluralism and Fethullah Gülen’s faith-based movement.
