This booklet has been issued within the project Raising Awareness of the Importance of Conflict Management, and in line with that its aim is to promote awareness about interpersonal conflict and the importance of constructively managing it.
It contains some guidelines for conflict resolution, thus representing a small contribution to the more successful and more constructive resolution of conflicts, which is crucial to the quality of interpersonal relationships.
The key element of successful conflict resolution, however, is being aware of the conflict and accepting it as a normal part of human relationships, and therefore being more able to find constructive ways of dealing with it.
