About the Author
Col Sanjay Kumar is an alumnus of Indian Military Academy and was commissioned into the Corps of Engineers. The officer is a B Tech in Civil Engineering and a M Tech in Transportation Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. The officer has served as United Nations Military Observer in Democratic Republic of Congo and in Bhutan as Colonel (Works & Planning) of Border Roads Organization’s Project Dantak. The book is a result of the officer’s Research Fellowship with USI of India, New Delhi.
