From the Author
The fast food industry is booming but it is competitive; therefore people must have the correct knowledge and skills before they venture into the trade. I wanted to create a useful handbook to cover all areas of starting and running a food business. I have got fifteen years experience working in fast food. I wanted to make life easier for the next person who wants to start their own food business. Selling food is not a new type of business enteprise but everyone needs to eat every day. There is little change in fast food products, unlike technology which moves ever so quickly causing their products to go out of date. People who are new and unfamiliar to the ins and outs of running a food business would be wise to learn before they take the plunge. They should try to learn as much as they can and by doing so, there will be much greater chances of success in their new venture.
