About the Author
Dr. Holsinger holds the Charles T. Wethington Jr. Endowed Chair in the Health Sciences and serves as Professor of Health Services Management at the University of Kentucky College of Public Health. He completed his M.D. and Ph.d degrees at Duke University and his D. Min. degree at Asbury Theological Seminary. Dr. Holsinger has served on the board of several seminaries as well as that of the Association of Theological Schools.
