I’m not a famous author and do not have a list of “Books written by this author at the end of my book”, I’m just an average woman in my forty’s that like so many others have a nine to five job and live paycheck to paycheck, always feeling fat and just don’t have the energy at the end of the day to deal with balanced diets or exercising, I hope you all enjoy my book and let me know my good and bad things to correct them for future books.
