Handbook of Perioperative Analgesia

This book offers an introduction to the history and course of the Russian war against Ukraine. Through this book, readers will:

– gain data, facts, and a general understanding of Russia’s current war against Ukraine;
– understand the connections between history, culture, and politics on the one hand, and Russia’s aggression toward its neighbors on the other;
– learn about the legal, economic, and humanitarian dimensions of the war;
– be able to correctly interpret new developments related to the war;
– expand their knowledge of international relations, international law, and the positions of individual states and organizations beyond the current war.

The book has a modular structure. Each chapter examines a different aspect of the war.

Oksana Stavrou studied law in Austria and Ukraine, as well as economics. She engaged in journalism, focusing on politics, human rights, and the judiciary. As a publicist, she deals with historical and current socio-political issues, particularly in relation to Ukraine and Russia.
