Barry Cushway is an independent HR consultant and Personnel Adviser to the Institute of Directors. With over 30 years’ HR and employment law experience, he has previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hay and MSL and has undertaken projects for over 100 public and private sector organisations.
