First is Hair Vive, this is a type of foti. This may be found in the men’s section of the store. It is for men or women. You can also buy foti and use this and get good results. This is usually found in the herb section of a store. It translates from Chinese as “Mr. Black Hair”, because it is also used to bring hair back to a dark color. In the west it is the same, or at least the cousin of, drum roll please, resveratrol. This is the ingredient in red wine that is supposed to give Italians abundant health and help their heart. This formula is also known as Shen Min in health food stores. Prices are better if you buy Hair Vive or Foti. If you buy online the company is Active Herbs for Hair Vive. These work better at about four a day and I see results in a few days, but often it takes about a month. Hair Vive and Shen Min getter better results than foti for hair, although foti is a great youth herb. It helps reduce lower back pain., lower cholesterol, reduce knee pain and help endurance, according to customers in health food stores. About the only issue is some people get soreness in their arms at high doses, if this is the case, then take less. Some people say their cholesterol goes down fifty points such as as Stevie, a hard working auto company employee besides improving his hair with foti, also lowered his cholesterol 50 points! His hair is thick and darkening gradually for being 60!
