About the Author
Sherry P. Broder is an attorney-at-law specializing in international law, environmental law, human rights, and complex civil litigation. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa William S. Richardson School of Law.
Seokwoo Lee is a Professor of International Law and Director of the Inha International Ocean Law Centre, at Inha University in Incheon, Korea.
Jin-Hyun Paik has been a member of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea since 2009. He is also Professor of International Law at Seoul National University and was Dean of its Graduate School of International Studies.
