ZABIHOLLAH REZAEE, PHD, CPA, CFE, CMA, CIA, CGFM, is the Thompson-Hill Chair of Excellence and Professor of Accountancy at the University of Memphis and has served a two-year term on the Standing Advisory Group (SAG) of the PCAOB.
