This Field Operations Guide for Disaster Assessment and Response (FOG) was developed by the U.S. Agency for International Development/Bureau for Humanitarian Response/Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) as a reference tool for individuals sent to disaster sites to perform initial assessments or to participate as members of an OFDA Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART).
