Martin Brook BEng (Tech), FCIOB, Chairman of the CIOB Procurement Committee, former principal lecturer at the Polytechnic of Wales (now University of Glamorgan), is Estimating Team Leader (Building) for Christiani & Nielsen Limited. Martin was also responsible for writing the new CIOB Code of Estimating Practice published in 1997.
